New Faces introduces faculty and staff who are new to FLC this month and announces position changes among current staff.

Changes in positions among FLC faculty/staff
Sarah Grace Pretzer has been named the Director of Campaigns at Fort Lewis College following a national search. Sarah joined the FLC Advancement team in May of last year as a Major Gift Officer as a part of the capacity building in preparation for the comprehensive fundraising campaign. In her new role, she is responsible for all campaigns in support of Fort Lewis College initiatives. She will oversee the day-to-day operations of the campaign and play a lead role in cultivating, soliciting and closing major gifts. Additionally, Sarah will direct the activities of the four-person gift staff, be directly involved in the annual fund and how it relates to the campaign, and assist the Vice President in building and maintaining campus and off-campus relationships. Sarah has already started in her new role.
Jeff Dupont, currently the Director of Recreation Services, will be transitioning into his new role as Director of Student Health and Special Programs. In this role, Jeff will supervise Recreational Services, Health Center, Counseling Center, and Student Wellness Initiatives; he will also take the lead in continuing the work Student Affairs has begun in comprehensive student learning and program assessment. Jeff will start in the new position September 1, 2015.
Elizabeth Calagias, the Union Programming Coordinator of the Leadership Center, will also be taking on responsibilities as Coordinator of Orientation, effective immediately.
