Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) training
QPR is an evidence-based suicide prevention training, similar to CPR, that teaches everyday people how to respond in a crisis. In just 60–90 minutes, participants learn to recognize warning signs of suicide, start supportive conversations, and connect individuals with help. Certified instructors are available to provide training on campus and in the community.

You Can Help a Student training
You Can Help a Student trainings help faculty and staff recognize signs of mental health struggles, including depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. Participants learn how to start conversations, offer support, and connect students with resources to create a safer, more supportive campus.
We also offer a student-led You Can Help a Friend program through WellPAC and host open group discussions for navigating difficult situations. As part of our JED Campus initiative, these efforts empower our community to take action in supporting mental health and well-being.
