The CU Nursing Fort Lewis College Collaborative is a new cross-state resource and knowledge-sharing model between Fort Lewis College and CU College of Nursing at Anschutz Medical Campus. The two institutions combine their strengths to create a hands-on, culturally sensitive, patient-centered healthcare curriculum for a four-year nursing degree program.

The Colorado Department of Education granted Animas High School $13.7 million to build a permanent facility co-located on the FLC campus, allowing AHS to better serve its mission for the students of Durango and become an on-campus partner for learning opportunities for FLC Teacher Education students.
Through the $3.6 million RISE grant, FLC partnered with five local high schools and Pueblo Community College to create the Southwest Colorado Education Collaborative. This partnership supports students exploring college and career opportunities through concurrent enrollment, summer enrichment, work-based learning, and targeted high school curriculum. FLC is a lead partner for Environmental Studies, Health Sciences, and Education pathways.
