- Log into Workday.
- Type the department head's name into the search bar.
- Click the arrows to drill up or down in the org chart.
- Microsoft Outlook & Teams
- Add the Org Explorer app to the sidebar.
- Open the app and type in the department head's name.
- Click on the person's profile to see the reporting structure.
- Click a profile above or below the person to go up or down in the reporting structure.
