It is the policy of the Board of Trustees to provide an Internal Auditing Department to serve as an independent objective appraisal function for Fort Lewis College. The objective of the internal auditing department is to assist members of the organization in the effective discharge of their responsibilities. To this end, internal auditing provides analysis, appraisals, recommendations, counsel, and information concerning the activities reviewed.
