San Juan Basin Regional Science Fair Judges

The 65th annual science fair for 6-12th grade will be held at the La Plata County Fairgrounds. Fill out this interest form to volunteer to be a science judge.

San Juan Regional Science and Engineering Fair Judges

The science and engineering fair will be held on the San Juan College campus and is open to elementary through high school students. Please email Dr. Michael Ottinger with your interest in becoming a judge.

Bringing the highest quality mathematical outreach to students and teachers in the Navajo Nation. Join in teacher training workshops, outreach, and math camps. Contact: Dr. Aimee Morris: ammorris@fortlewis.edu

Cultural Proficiency Training
A virtual interactive training led by Assistant Professor of Biochemistry Dr. Joslynn Lee (she/her, Tribal affiliations: DinĂ© (Navajo) / Haaku (Acoma Pueblo) / K’awaika (Laguna Pueblo)) focused on designing and building culturally relevant STEM curriculum for Indigenous populations. Available for viewing asynchronous until May 31, 2023.
