Where ambition meets opportunity

The Springboard Fellowship is a free, yearlong program (August–May) designed for rising seniors from any major who are ready to take the next step in their future. In partnership with the Fort Lewis College President’s Office and Career Services, this fellowship builds career confidence, professional connections, and access to real-world opportunities—no perfect GPA required.

What you’ll gain

As a Springboard Fellow, you’ll:

  • Grow your network through direct connections with local business leaders, campus stakeholders, and community mentors.
  • Sharpen your skills with professional development sessions that focus on communication, leadership, and public speaking.
  • Boost your confidence through networking events that prepare you for life after graduation.

$3,000 Springboard Award

At the end of the program, you’ll receive a $3,000 award to support your transition after college—whether that means buying business attire, covering travel to a new job, or putting down a deposit on your first apartment.
