Business Hours: Our IT Help Desk is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MTS, and closed for lunch from noon to 1:00 p.m. (Exceptions on college holidays)

For IT-related support or service requests:

  • Contact the Help Desk at 970-247-7444 during normal College business hours above.
  • Visit the IT Help Desk, located in the basement of John F. Reed Library, room 2D.
  • Submit an online request, and search solution articles on the IT Support Portal.
  • Email askIT@fortlewis.edu


Audio/Visual Emergency Help

For technical difficulties with audio and visual equipment in labs, classrooms, or event spaces, call the CATS Team tech emergency number at 970-200-2084.
