Workstation refresh monthly charges are calculated based off the cost the workstation/laptop and the expected life of the computer. 4 years is the life expectancy of a Windows computer, and 6 years for a Mac.
ex. (If a windows laptop costs $1885.92 the monthly cost would be $39.92 ($1885.92 / 48months)).
