Turn ON the projector with the projector remote control. If you don't see the computer image projected after the projector has warmed up try pressing the input button on the projector remote and select Computer 1. For sound make sure the amplifier (bottom of podium) power is on, the master volume turned up to @ 7, and the volume control labeled Computer is turned up. You may also need to adjust the volume controls on the computer.
To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.
Turn ON the projector with the projector remote control and select Video on the remote. For sound make sure the amplifier (below the Computer) power is on, the master volume turned up to @ 7, and the volume control labeled computer is turned up. You may also need to adjust the volume controls on the computer.
By the computer monitor there is an HDMI cable that plugs into the laptop, an adapter may be needed. Turn ON the projector with the remote control kept by the monitor. Press the input button on the projector remote and select HDMI. For laptop sound connect the spare audio cable by the monitor into the laptop headphone connection. Make sure the amplifier (by the computer) power is ON, the master volume turned up to @ 7, and the volume control labeled laptop is turned up. You may also need to adjust the volume controls on the laptop.
