What can I do to help? First, be very cautious as you read your email. Information Technology will never ask you for personal information so that is the biggest clue to help you identify junk mail. If an email is trying to create a sense of urgency, this is also indicative of spam. Reporting junk mail to Information Technology is the best way you can help combat this growing problem. As you report junk mail that gets through to you, we can target those messages and block them.
